I am grateful that through the lessons I’ve learned about eating healthy and getting plenty of exercise that I was able to avert becoming more sick than I did. One day of fever, sore throat, stuffy head, and body aches and I’m feeling better. I truly believe that a lot of the health issues we face have to do with our state of mind. If you feel good mentally, take care of yourself, and embrace love and kindness, you can’t help but feel good.
