Flashes of Gratitude

GratitudeWaking up each day and realizing the level of gratitude that should be uttered for the mere fact of waking up is humbling.

The practice of learning to be grateful every moment of every day is actually a difficult one. We are so easily swayed by outside influences that affect our state of mine. Gratitude may be uttered when grounding is most needed, rather than relying on that gratitude daily to keep the positive energy flowing.

I believe to write a gratitude each day is the first step toward spiritual healing.

  1. I really wanna borrow this idea. It seems like such a healthy way of coming full circle, literary meditation. Yes!
